These terms govern your use of BabelCast. By creating an account or joining a session, you agree to them.

Using the service

You may use BabelCast to broadcast and translate live events in accordance with these terms and your plan. You are responsible for the content you broadcast and for obtaining any consents your event requires.

Plans, billing & fair use

Paid plans bill for speaking time and the number of output languages, as described on the pricing page. Listeners are unlimited, subject to reasonable fair-use limits intended to prevent abuse; we may apply concurrency limits for very large audiences.

Trials

Free trials are limited as described at signup. Trial access may be capped in session length, concurrency, and listener count.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
No resale without authorization
