This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. BabelCast is designed to minimize the data it holds.
What we collect
- Account details for hosts and admins (name, email, org)
- Billing information processed by our payment provider
- Operational logs needed to run and secure sessions
What we don’t keep
By default we do not retain session audio or transcripts. Listeners join without an account, and we don’t require personal data to tune in.
How we use data
To provide and secure the service, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete account data, and request a Data Processing Agreement. Contact privacy@babelcast.com.
