Data Processing Addendum

This addendum applies where BabelCast processes personal data on behalf of a customer (the controller) under applicable data-protection law.
Roles
The customer is the controller; BabelCast is the processor and processes personal data only on documented instructions.
Security measures
- Encryption in transit
- Access controls and least-privilege authorization
- Per-organization isolation
- No default retention of session audio or transcripts
Subprocessors
We use reputable infrastructure and processing subprocessors, listed on request, and remain responsible for their compliance.

Email security@babelcast.com to receive and countersign our DPA. Final terms subject to legal review.
