Data Processing Addendum overview

This page summarizes the data-processing commitments our Data Processing Addendum is expected to contain. It is an overview, not the executed agreement — the signed DPA is provided through the contact path below once legal review completes.

The addendum applies where BabelCast processes personal data on behalf of a customer (the controller) under applicable data-protection law.

Roles

The customer is the controller; BabelCast (LucidWave, LLC) is the processor and processes personal data only on documented instructions.

Security measures

• Encryption in transit
• Access controls and least-privilege authorization
• Per-organization isolation
• No default retention of session audio or transcripts

Subprocessors

We use reputable infrastructure and processing subprocessors, listed on request, and remain responsible for their compliance.
